The Lafayette Percussion Class meets during fourth hour of the school day. The class consists of freshman through senior musicians.  Percussion students focus on the playing techniques of snare drum, mallet instruments, timpani, and auxiliary percussion.  Percussionists perform as members of the Symphonic Band, Wind Ensemble, and several percussion ensembles.
